Terms

Last updated 17 September 2026. Early access.

These are the terms for using Tailogue, the app and this website, made by the two people who build it (“we”). By using Tailogue you agree to them. They are short because the product is young; they will grow as it does, and the app will tell you when they change.

Early access

Tailogue is in early access. It may change, pause, or lose a feature between builds, and we may end early access at any time. Free while in early access; if that changes, you will hear it from us before it applies.

Not veterinary advice

Tailogue keeps a record. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise on your animal’s health, and nothing it shows you is veterinary advice. If your animal is unwell, contact a vet. You are responsible for decisions about your animal’s care.

Your account and your household

You need an account to use the app, and you are responsible for what is done with it. A household shares one record; anyone you add to your household can read and add to it. Do not add people whose access you would not want.

Your content

What you record is yours. You give us the permission needed to store it, process it as the privacy page describes, and show it to your household. Do not record anything you do not have the right to share with your household.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tailogue to break the law, to harm a person or an animal, to probe or overload the service, or to build a competing service by extracting it. We may suspend an account that does.

No warranty

Tailogue is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from its use or from its being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Tailogue at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Privacy). We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken, and will say why.
